THE WELL-BEING OF OUR STAFF AND CLIENT IS A PRIORITY:
- SAFARI HANDLERS:
-To limit the number of staff, only driver/guide will handle your Safari from pick-up point to drop-off. Other activities will be strictly ONLINE.
2. STAFF COMPLIANCE:
-Prior to the start of your Safari, Our driver-guide will hold a 14 days Covid-19 FREE Certification as advised by our Ministry of Tourism & Wildlife-Kenya.
-Our driver/guides are well trained on Covid-19 handling procedures and communication in cases of emergency.
3. DATA INFORMATION:
-We shall keep your personal details i.e Mobile contact, physical address and any other information that may be useful for ease of contact tracing.
4. OUR VEHICLES:
-Are properly cleaned and sanitized during and after each trip/transfer.
-Head-rest covers are replaceable, cleaned and disinfected after every trip.
-Windows will stay open where possible for proper Air-circulation.
-Air-conditioners will include Air-purifier -where applicable.
-Free hand sanitizers are available on-board throughout the journey.
-Approved quality face-masks available on need-basis.
-Our carrying capacity will be 60% to observe the 1 metre rule.
-We shall have properly labelled drinking water to avoid sharing.
-Our driver/guides are using suitable gadgets that allow them to communicate without turning.
-There will be no physical contact during-meet & greet-at the arrival point except for the help of luggage movement which must be sanitized after loading.
6. MEALS EN-ROUTE:
-To minimize stop-overs en-route, we encourage PACKED LUNCH for long distance drive.
-Stop-overs will be only at pre-arranged spots.
7. SAFARI BOOKING:
-We encourage ONLINE BOOKING as opposed to walking into our offices.
-Book your Safari well in advance-at least 14 Days-to enable our team to be Covid-19 compliant, at the time of your arrival.
8. PRIVATE SAFARIS:
-We do not have group joining Safaris during this period.
-Family private tour is (highly recommended).
-If you have any pre-existing condition, please seek your Doctor's opinion before you depart.
-Get your Medical Insurance, Know about local (destination) Hospitals that accept your Insurance Cover.
NB: Inform your Safari-handler about the health condition for proper Safari-Management.
10. STAY ALERT:
-While on Safari, stay in your Hotel/Lodge as much as possible.
-Limit contact with other travelers.
-Wash your hands regularly.
-Contact-less payment i.e Bank transfer, paypal, Mobile money transfer, where necessary is (highly recommended).
